Parallel to his broad innovation activities, he is a renowned specialist in the Natural Sausage Casings (All kinds of Animal Casings) industry. His deep immersion into this unique sector began following his graduation from the Faculty of Science, Geology Department, Alexandria University, in 1987.

• Founder of ENCA: He was the visionary behind the establishment of the Egyptian Natural Casings Association (ENCA).
• The association ENCA’s main idea is officially registered in his name, consists of specialized member companies.
• He served (ENCA) as a Board Member and General Secretary before stepping down through a formal resignation for private reasons.

International Affiliations:

• Former member of the European Natural Sausage Casings Association (ENSCA).
• Former member of the International Natural Sausage Casings Association (INSCA).
• Maintained affiliated memberships through ENCA for several years across various specialized categories until his resignation.

Education & Training: He served as the Scientific, Technical, and Vocational Lecturer for ENCA’s Training Center and is the author of the primary educational curriculum used to train industry professionals at the center.
